    What are your hours? top

    Our normal business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9AM - 4PM CST, Friday 9AM-3PM CST. Should you have questions or concerns regarding your order, or any product related issues, please contact us during these business hours. All other inquiries or emails received after 3PM CST on Friday will be responded to the following business day. 
    Vickery Blvd will not operate (or orders shipped) on the following days for 2017.
    Closed on Saturday - Monday.

    What kinds of clips do you put on the bows? top

    The Alligator Clip (Clippie) is great for older babies (1 yr+) and toddlers . This clip is super easy to clip into hair. Its a great choice for clipping hair to the side or decorating ponytails or pig tails!

    The French Barrette is a great clip for older toddlers with more hair and little girls. These clips are also perfect for adorning ponytails. Available in 3 sizes small (30mm),Medium (50mm) Large (70mm)

    Pony-O is good for all hair types of older girls. Metal free for all cheer teams.

    Do you have tips on your shoelaces? top

    YES! Shoelaces all have a soft plastic aglet on the tips. Black colored laces will have a black tip and all other colors will have a clear tip.

    Why soft? This type of aglet is able to shrink down to fit on the smallest of ribbon.  It helps provide you with more lace choices and sizes to meet your needs.

    How do I order? top

    Ordering is easy and secure through the online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. If you prefer, you may also order by mail. Simply print out the completed order form and mail it along with your payment to the address below. Orders received after 4pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders will not be processed on holidays. If the holiday falls on a weekend the orders will wait until the following Tuesday.

    What kind of payments are accepted? top


    Official PayPal SealPaypal including Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) processed through Paypal (we do not collect any credit card information. See PayPal.com for PayPals Privacy Policies)($1.35 charge for all payment reversals when payed through PayPal), echeck payments and direct pay. 

    Money Orders (MO) are also accepted. If paying by MO, your items will be shipped once the funds have cleared the bank. This usually takes up to a week.  If payment is not received in 30 day from your order date then the order will be canceled.  Orders will not be started until payment arrives. When paying by MO, order online and then print out your order confirmation email and mail that with your payment.

    Do I have to pay state tax? top

    Texas residence will be charged sales tax at 8.25%

    What is the refund policy? top

    NO RETURNS UNLESS OK'd  (if you cancel [before it is shipped]or return your order  you will have a 15% supply/stocking fee charged, 25% to redo orders) will be accepted unless there is an error in shipment. I can not accept returns because of color/size is not what you wanted or expected.  Orders are custom handmade for you, the customer.  I can not resell laces so returning them is a loss for me.  If you need a sample, please e-mail us with your request. I will allow exchanges under certain circumstances. Please e-mail or call with any questions.  I stand behind the products 100%. If you feel your item(s) do not meet quality standards you must call within 30 days.

    What shipping carrier do you use? top

    Shipping will be USPS unless you specify something else.

    Priority Mail $7.00 This doesn't mean your item will go out in 2 days. It just means your item will be delivered to you in 2-4 days from date of shipment.

    First Class Shipping $3.50

    GiftCards/BowClub orders will have a $0.50 fee.

    International orders vary in price due to location ($14.50-$25).  If you want insurance you must pay for registered mail.  Otherwise I am not responsible for lost packages. You are responsible for any customs fees or other fees outside the normal delivery charge.

    If you would rather use Fed-Ex or UPS let me know before you order. I will have to send you your total by e-mail or you may call in your order with credit card information.

    Why does it take longer than 24-48 hours to ship my stuff? top

    Your items are made to order and nothing is mass produced. Some of our items are in stock and are available for immediate shipping. Due to the popularity of the bows and shoe laces I ask you allow 3-7 business days for items to be created and mailed. In most cases this time is much sooner! Other items, especially custom items, may take up to 14 business days to ship them. Not all ribbon is kept in stock. Some colors and prints are ordered on an as needed basis to keep the cost down for you, the customer. If you have a special event, please include that information on the message portion of the order form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs. We will notify you immediately if we are unable to meet your deadline.
    If you need to know if an item is in stock, please feel free to email anytime and I will be happy to provide that information to you.
    Orders with large quantities will need to be custom made and take a few extra days to prepare.
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number/customs number.

    Your privacy is very important to me. Vickery Blvd. does not share any information (name, e-mail, shipping address or phone numbers) obtained about our customers to any third parties.  We do not see or retain any credit card information see PayPal.com for information on their privacy policies.
